“The past is gone, the future is not yet here, and if we do not go back to ourselves in the present moment, we cannot be in touch with life.”

Here Now Therapy Support recognizes that its work takes place on traditional Indigenous territories across the province of Ontario. We acknowledge that we are settlers on Turtle Island and live and work on land that is not our native land. We are located on lands of the Huron-Wendat, Haudenosaunee, Mississauga, Chippewa (Ojibwe) and Anishnabe. We are thankful to the Indigenous Peoples who have cared for the land and water for generations and who continue to contribute to the strength of communities across Ontario.
